These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of slidellautorepair.com (the “Site”) and your communications with JWJS Auto Holdings I, LLC, doing business as ATS Auto Repair Slidell (“ATS Auto Repair Slidell,” “we,” “us” or “our”), 40355 US Hwy 190 E, Slidell, LA 70461. By using the Site, requesting an appointment or opting in to text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our auto repair services and helps you contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or submit false information. Site content, including text, logos and images, belongs to JWJS Auto Holdings I, LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by phone at (985) 641-1975 or in person. An appointment time is not a guaranteed completion time; we will update you after your vehicle has been inspected. Please call if you need to change or cancel.

Estimates, Authorization & Payment

Information on the Site is general and is not a quote. After inspecting your vehicle we provide an estimate, and no repair work is performed without your authorization. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval first. Payment is due when the work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Repair Warranty

Qualifying repairs are covered by our written parts and labor warranty. The specific terms for your repair are stated on your estimate or invoice. Nothing on the Site creates a separate warranty.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number to ATS Auto Repair Slidell (by phone, in person at the shop, on a work order, or through any appointment request), you consent to receive text messages from ATS Auto Repair Slidell about your appointments, vehicle status, estimates, repair approvals, invoices and service reminders. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the service you request.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service from us.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked to receive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
